Our client in Ohio is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager.   This Project Manager will provide management oversight and complete design/permitting, compliance, construction, and operations projects.   You will manage teams and projects in several practice areas, including solid waste management, geotechnical, and site development.      

Job Description:

Will provide relocation for the right candidate!   Our client in Ohio is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager.   This Project Manager will provide management oversight and complete design/permitting, compliance, construction, and operations projects.   You will manage teams and projects in several practice areas, including solid waste management, geotechnical, and site development.      

• Preparation of  project proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget;
• Design and guide technical approach, financial impacts, and  schedule;
• Proficient in  developing 3D grading plans;  
• Mentor junior engineers;  
• Client and regulatory interaction, including  developing new and nurturing existing clients and building long lasting client relationships; and,
• Project financial management.  

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience with  civil, environmental or site development engineering projects;  
• Experience with solid waste disposal facilities, including design/permitting, construction and operations (Ohio preferred);
• Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process;
• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering;  
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure;
• Experienced in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; and,
• Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.
