Our client is a leading Engineering Consulting firm. They are looking for a Civil Structural Engineer (PE or EIT) to be a key point of contact for industrial, residential and commercial construction clients in the Hopkinton, MA area. (Hybrid Role)

Job Description:

• The Civil Engineer PE/EIT will provide technical advice and calculations about loads and stresses
• Inspect property structures and foundations
• Submit drawings, designs and prepare reports as needed
• Responsible for creating documents for state permits and contractor bid packages
• Consult with architects, senior engineer and client contractors
• Monitor contractors work and develop reports
• Perform Enhanced Building Inspections and HOA reserve and transition studies
• This is a hybrid/ remote job but the candidate must be within driving distance to be on-site and attend meetings.

Job Requirements:

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Geotechnical engineering
• Licensed PE (or EIT) - Massachusetts or Vermont
• 2-5 years' engineering or consulting experience
• Essential is construction management or architectural experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
