Job Description:

    •Grow revenue and client satisfaction by driving a high level of service

    •Ensure client is a trusted business advisor to each client

    •Operate as the client advocate

    •Develop deep relationships with client decision-makers to help ensure the generation and execution of business development opportunities

    •Utilize data to drive improvements that both sides can use to quantify value, maximize profitability, realize efficiency in operations, and promote exceptional service delivery

    •Establish ROI targets for all significant cross-sell opportunities



Job Requirements:

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of directly relevant experience in a similar role

    •Proven ability to promote products and services and align to client needs/goals with quantified target ROIs (and assess ongoing)

    •Proven ability to collaborate with and influence client executives/leadership to attain adoption of our distinctive products and services

    •Revenue Cycle Management(RCM)/Accounts Receivable Management(ARM) market experience to identify opportunities

    •Demonstrated examples of partnerships with Sales to realize upsell and cross-sell revenue

    •Proven ability to advocate internally across functions to attain client success by exceeding expectations
