Client Success Manager leading a team of Client Success Specialists for high end and luxury businesses.  


Job Description:

The  Client Success Manager is the critical contact for key clients of this fast-growing, e-commerce logistics company focused on the luxury market. The Client Success Manager will use their knowledge of the fulfillment / logistics industry and their experience as a key account contact to manage and train the Client Success team to ensure each client's satisfaction and find opportunities to add services that grow the business. This is an on-site role located in the Secaucus / Jersey City area.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Client Success Specialists and floor staff to track orders and trends to ensure orders are carried out according to the client's packaging and shipping requirements and branding preferences    
  • Develop relationships with all levels of client organization up to and including C-Suite  
  • Daily WMS check to ensure it is updated and accurate and monitor trends documenting client's   agreed-upon targets are met
  • Attend weekly client meetings along with Client Success Specialists  
  • Interact with warehouse staff Identify and communicate any existing problems and learn what kinds of issues need to be escalated and brought to the attention of management
  • Use knowledge of the brand's strategic objectives to find opportunities to expand the business relationship by offering additional services   


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience in an account management role in a 3PL, eCommerce or large retail company
  • Strong communication skills; speaking, LISTENING, writing
  • A natural problems solver; a figure-it-out personality who displays calm and patience when problems do occur
