Our client is a large, well-established commercial construction company. They are seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. 

Job Description:

• Analyzing requirement documents, project plans and specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
• Prepare cost estimates for entire scope of work per job specs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors.
• Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential and commercial general construction estimating experience.
• Ability to prepare cost analysis of multiple jobs at once.
• Maintain positive relationship and communication with subs.
• Experience with multifamily housing, educational and healthcare projects.
• Previous experience working with the housing authority.
• Projects in excess of $50 million.
