Based in the Albany/Rochester, NY area (this role is based in Rochester), they continue to annually and pride themselves on long-term relationships with a core group of clients. Their company has been built based on providing superior client service and turning over high-quality projects, on schedule and on budget, time and again.

Job Description:

They are seeking a Construction Estimator  who can demonstrate strong commercial construction knowledge, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. They are looking for someone to work in the ROCHESTER location.

Job Requirements:

• Residential and Commercial experience
• Able to handle multiple jobs at once
• Work well with sub contractors
• At least 5 years experience as a Estimator
• Commercial experience (schools hospitals)
• Works with the Housing authority
• Projects in excess of $50 million
