Job Description:

• Supervise, train, and manage workers.
• Time management for the Production Department.
• Document control.
• Manage ordering and inventory.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Handling customer concerns.
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy of projects.
• Hold staff meetings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Excel, Google Sheets and i360 CRM
• Clean drivers license.
• Mature and responsible.   
• Proven team leader.   
• Construction management background.   
• Maintain open and professional communication with customers.
