They are seeking a CRM Architect, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot working on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-premise; 2 days remote) out of their North American HQ in Melville, Suffolk County, Long Island, N.Y.

NOTE: This is a hybrid role with 3 days of presence at the company’s in Melville, Long Island, N.Y. Only candidates accessible or willing to relocate to the Long Island area will be considered.

Overview:
Overall responsibility rests in the production of all email content and ‘systems’ for the company’s North/South America and LATAM regions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with various departments in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America in the planning, creation, production, deployment, and measurement of emails. Develop engaging content that builds brand awareness, strengthens brand positioning, increases consumer time spent with the brand and leads to stronger intent to purchase. The CRM Architect will keep the CRM & Marketing Automation Systems Manager apprised of projects and work load progress.



Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:


• Maintain data integrity and manage data inputs for direct marketing campaigns.
• Design and code unique template layouts within SFMC (ExactTarget)
• Design and implement Journeys and Automations with the goal of supporting omni channel campaigns.
• Research and stay current in CAN-SPAM to ensure highest quality of email deliverability.
• Create lists and data extensions for targeted campaigns in SFMC
• Monitor existing campaigns and provide reporting / improvement recommendations to ensure all campaigns are sending as planned and working at their optimal conversion.
• Build unique landing pages to achieve specific business goals where applicable.
• Always consider and improve UX/UI to ensure the highest ROI on an email campaign.
• Come up with variated approaches to campaigns through A/B Testing plans.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure strategy is considered in regard to deployment time / day.
• Work with Marketing to create, evolve, and execute interactive marketing concepts, campaigns, and layouts that reinforce, complement, and enhance the brand.


ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All other duties as required or needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot experience.
• Email Automation / Campaign Management program experience.
• Deep knowledge of language AMPscript [for Personalization]
• Deep knowledge of languages HTML(5) & CSS(3) [for Email Development]
• Working knowledge of languages JavaScript & SQL [for DE Development]
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
• SF Marketing Cloud certification
• Experience / Passion for UI / UX current design trends
• B.A. Business / Marketing – B.S. Comp Sci or Similar
• Results driven and comfortable handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Track record of successfully delivering programmatic solutions to achieve business goals.
