Salary : $50000 - $60000

Service Coordinator/Customer Service Rep  (Brooklyn)

 

Our client is a regional appliance distribution and repair company, well recognized and respected in their industry with over 20 years of experience. Their 40,000 square foot facility currently houses extensive inventory of new, used and reconditioned equipment, parts and accessories.

 

They seek an experienced Service Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or Customer Service rep with 3 + years of experience to help Service department Manager with daily operations.

 

  • Great Customer Service and Administrative Support Skills
  • Technical background very helpful especially, commercial appliances
  • Knowledge of local commercial routes to assist with technicians' scheduling and dispatching desired
  • Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Russian language a plus
  • Good writing skills- Must be able to compose concise accurate emails
  • Must be very organized and able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • 3+ years of customer service or service coordinator experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • QuickBooks: 1 year
  • Work Location: In person, Brooklyn office
