Data Analyst

Our Client is seeking a dynamic entrepreneurially spirited   Data Analyst for their Analytics & Commercial Excellence team. In this position you will help harmonize, develop and strengthen the reporting and analytical capabilities for our global Bioprocess Solutions Customer Support organization. The focus will be on customer and product demand planning.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Develop KPI framework and establish meaningful dashboards with focus on customer and product demand planning and forecasting
    • Report major internal KPIs and identify main performance drivers for root-cause analyses
    • Closely collaborate with senior management, regional managers and continuous improvement project leaders
    • Build up competencies in predictive analytics, machine learning and process mining (e.g., to enhance forecast accuracy)
    • Utilize agile working methods to ensure speed, quality and transparency towards our internal customers
    • Present results and KPIs in a comprehensive manner to all levels of management

 

 



Job Requirements:

             Requirements:

 

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, (business) Information Technology, General Management or similar
    • 2+ years experience in the area of data and process analytics, data modelling or reporting
    • Knowledge of customer and product demand planning is required
    • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills paired with a customer-oriented mindset to understand and translate business needs
    • Very good skills in common Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Warehouse)
    • Basic understanding of SQL, Python or R is a benefit
