Our client, a 30+ year old award winning marketing, advertising and communications firm is currently seeking an experienced professional to manage the processing and analysis of data for direct mail campaigns.

Job Description:

• Serve as primary point of contact for mail tracking projects and support
• Process all data for USPS mailings and navigate Postal Service regulations
• Manage variable data formatting
• Technical and analytical lead for mail delivery and performance
• Analyze data for detail and accuracy (pre/post processing)
• Contrast and compare data from multiple sources
• Create analysis reports
• Provide support for variable quality control operations and client requests
• Manage multiple priorities

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of strong technical expertise working with and analyzing data
• Strong knowledge and experience working with United States Postal Service rules and regulations
• Experience with variable data (setup and programming)
• Proficiency in BCC Mail Manager or similar software
• Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
