Job Description:
Director of Banquet Operations
- Manage all operations for a multiple, simultaneous event venue located in Melville
- Hire, train and manage staff including Maître D's and captains
- Provide insight, ideas and direction that will improve the revenue and profitability of the establishment.
- Implement cost saving and revenue generation systems
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports
- Report directly to CEO of the organization
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience working for a multiple, simultaneous event venue
- College Degree preferred
- Must live in commuting distance to Melville, NY
