Job Description:

Director of Banquet Operations

  • Manage all operations for a multiple, simultaneous event venue located in Melville
  • Hire, train and manage staff including Maître D's and captains
  • Provide insight, ideas and direction that will improve the revenue and profitability of the establishment.
  • Implement cost saving and revenue generation systems
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports
  • Report directly to CEO of the organization


Job Requirements:

 

  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience working for a multiple, simultaneous event venue
  • College Degree preferred
  • Must live in commuting distance to Melville, NY
