Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of operational procedures for the various
programs partnering with other departments as needed
● Work closely with the sales management team to discuss and evaluate opportunities to improve
performance at each level in the organization by leveraging sales tools and systems
● Motivate, train, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Reps, Team Leads, and Managers
● Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations
● Lead a variety of training sessions monthly, this could range from small group to large group presentations
and development sessions
● Provide regular and ad-hoc Reports for Inside Sales metrics
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Inside Sales forecasts
● Create team compensation structure and performance metrics
● Actively create, manage, update and train on calling campaigns in dialer – Five9
● Lead pitch development and adherence process
● Collaborate proactively with Outside Sides to build and maintain a high-performing full sales process and
enhance and drive partnerships between Inside and Outside Sales Representatives


Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other applicable field of study
● 8-10 years overall sales management experience with a minimum of 3-5 years Inside Sales Management
Call Center experience,
● Proficient in dialer software, Salesforce and Google Suite
● Knowledge of residential solar power sales, preferred
● Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales/telemarketing department or call
● Must have previous employee development experience
● Bilingual is a plus
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
