Our client, a highly regarded, financially stable, senior care and retirement community in Nassau County is currently seeking an Executive Director (actual title is President & CEO) to lead their 300+ bed community.

This is an opportunity to join a 30-year-old community with a staff of 140 employees that has both independent and assisted living areas.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the entire community, including P&L
• Plan, implement, and evaluate of all facets of life within the community
• Develop and lead a high-performing team across all departments
• Create a great environment for both residents and staff

• Build and implement strategies that result in meeting occupancy goals  

• Work with teams to create new programs for residents and staff
• Ensure all local and state regulatory compliance is met at all times

Job Requirements:

Required Experience:

• Must have 5+ years leading an assisted living community as CEO, President, or Executive Director
• Be a certified Assisted Living Administrator or be willing to obtain one
• Proven successful experience as an executive leader
• Have a creative mindset and thrive on bringing new ideas to the table
