Job Description:
The job function of the Franchise Business Coach includes, but isn't limited to:
- Providing operational guidance and support to franchise owners and their teams.
- Performing field visits to franchise locations to evaluate operational execution of jobs and to ensure they are meeting/exceeding performance against the methodology/systems taught by the company in its initial franchise training.
- Working on improving "buy in" and use the company's internal systems & and procedures.
- Working closely with the Director of Operations to provide individual support plans based on the strengths/weaknesses of individual franchisees.
THIS IS A HEAVY TRAVEL ROLE; THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST BE PREPARED TO BE ON THE ROAD 50% OF THE TIME
Job Requirements:
Requirements for the role include, but are not limited to:
5 years (minimum) of related restoration industry operations experience.
IICRC Certifications: WRT & AMRT (MINIMUM).
2 years (minimum) of training and working with Xactimate.
The ability and willingness to travel 50% of working days.
