Our  client is seeking a dynamic operations professional to join their team as the Head Of Site Operations at their  PA facility. In this key role you will be responsible for the overall site production operations and creating a work environment which promotes high quality products, delivery reliability, cost effectiveness, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

In this leadership role you will be responsible for the direction and the management of site activities and ensure compliance with the company's strategic guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

    • Lead the Site with the aim to achieve employee safety, high quality products, customer satisfaction, optimum cost, and employee commitment, engagement and development
    • Ensure all team members adhere to the safety policies, and uphold company standards, exhibiting appropriate behavior and a collaborative mindset
    • Participate actively in the Site budget definition in liaison with all stakeholders and Support Functions
    • Oversees and is accountable for ensuring the budgeted financial objectives are met
    • Define the Site objectives and KPIs in all areas of People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
    • Ensure optimum use of available resources and assets
    • Participate actively in the capacity planning and building processes
    • Participate actively in new product introduction and industrialization
    • Oversee the site related projects and provide adequate support for their flawless implementation in liaison with the project teams
    • Manage and mentor the team and promote well being
    • Ensure that the quality control plans, and the quality systems and procedures are followed,
    • Ensure team follows applicable company procedures (and instructions are deployed and followed)
    • Deploy and maintain a high-performance mindset (particularly in the domains of problem solving, root cause analyses and lean initiatives)
    • Stay abreast of new trends and developments in methods, techniques, technology, equipment, tools, materials and supplies
    • Participate in special projects and global initiatives as member of the Operations FMT network
    • Support other sites as needed
    • Ensure that confidential material as well as personal data are kept in accordance with all applicable regulations
    • Have direct contact with customers (audits) and with all the other stakeholders of the company

Job Requirements:

    • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
    • 8+ years managerial experience to include management for large, diverse teams
    • Mastery of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, cGMP and safety standards and procedures related to the function
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ERP-type software, as well as mastery in documents and product lifecycle
    • Excellent understanding of business functions including Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT
    • Knowledge in data analytics and reporting,
    • Prior experience with large budget management,
    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal)
    • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
    • Analytical ability and problem-solving proficiency.
