This expanding medical company is looking to add several Inventory Specialists who will be responsible for maintaining par levels, and continually monitoring inventory counts and trends.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Responsible to conduct daily inventory counts, orders and restocks

Maintain inventory levels based on usage and par levels set by the department

Work closely with Supply Chain management to ensure adequate levels of supplies are always available as needed.

Place requisitions for supply orders through system as needed for PO follow up and pick list printing

Restocks shelves on a first in, first out basis and ensure product is organized and easily accessible

 Be proactive checking for product backorders, communicate and provides updates to management\\

Attends mandatory monthly staff meetings and in-services as appropriate             

Job Requirements:

Requirements
High School Diploma required
Associate Degree preferred

Experience with medical / healthcare inventory or setting preferred

Basic or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel required
