A full-service Mechanical/HVAC Contracting firm is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team of top professionals. 

Job Description:

• Estimate projects for commercial and industrial mechanical construction.
• Produce detailed bids.
• Attend all bid meetings.
• Interface with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain open and professional communication with project management team.
• Ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years' estimating experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical piping systems, plumbing, process piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection systems, airside and other trades.
• Experience with competitive bid, negotiated, conceptual and schematic estimates.
• Experience in estimating projects ranging up to $5 million dollars of plumbing, process piping and wet heat is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickpen Estimating System is a PLUS
• Must be self-motivated and competent.
