A leading Mechanical/HVAC contracting firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team of top professionals. 


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to support commercial and industrial construction contracts. The PM plans, directs and coordinates all phases of mechanical installations. They manage projects through all stages- from proposal through close-out, while ensuring that the jobs are completed on time and within budget. A successful PM is familiar with industry relevant terminology, is an expert in document control and able to maintain open communication with entire project team.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of MEP/HVAC and construction Project Management experience
  • Industrial and commercial mechanical/HVAC project experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering A+.
  • Knowledge in OSHA, and safety code compliance.
  • Proficient overall computer skills.
