Executive Alliance is pleased to represent a fast-growth artificial intelligence and machine language learning startup that are revolutionizing the mortgage automation and financial document processing industry, headquartered in the greater New York metropolitan area.

They are seeking a Cloud/Application Architect to architect a solution for both SaaS and private cloud

NOTE: This is a hybrid opportunity with two days remote work and three days present at the company HQ in Forest Hills, NY.  Only candidates accessible to the greater New York City area will be considered.

Job Description

• Architect a solution for both SaaS and private cloud
• Help revise workflow architecture for better cloud scalability
• Ensure our solution runs on different Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Migrate Full Stack Applications to Cloud platforms
• Take ownership of the security architecture
• Oversee redesign of our REST API to address Cloud scaling and multitenancy
• Manage team of Cloud developers (in-house or offshore)

Job Requirements:

Skills/Background

• Evaluate multiple cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP) and suggest best cloud platform(s)
• Work with customers to evaluate needs and offer best architecture model
• Experience with microservices, multi-tenancy, security, auto-scaling, user roles
• 8-10 years of cloud architecture experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Ability to evaluate Compliance needs in the architecture
