They have engaged our firm to help them recruit an Operations Manager with solid experience leading self-pay/private pay medical collections teams in a call center environment.

Job Description:

Function:

  • Lead a self-pay medical collections call center with approximately 80 associates and 6 supervisors
  • Manage daily operations, QA, training, metrics, and performance


Job Requirements:

Key Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience in operations within call center environments in medical/healthcare collections
  • Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management practices
  • Proficient with relevant industry regulations, including HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA
  • Proven success leading teams by training, motivating and coaching staff to achieve optimal results
  • Strong focus on delivering top client satisfaction
  • Outstanding management and leadership capabilities, coupled with practical delegation skills
  • Must be data-driven
