Our client is looking for a Plumbing/HVAC Operations Manager  to join their growing team.


Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all field personnel and the day-to-day functions of HVAC projects. This Individual must be reliable and able to handle all tasks with little direction.

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling of jobs and crews
  • Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of HVAC projects
  • Visiting job sites
  • Designing energy efficient systems
  • Estimating job costs
  • Job coordination
  • Building a team
  • Tracking financial data and adjusting pricing /salaries


Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 Years HVAC installation and service experience
  • 3 Years management experience.
  • Reliable & dependable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and use resources to complete tasks
  • Ability to prioritize high volume of tasks
  • Top notch organization skills
  • Ability to successfully work on several projects at once

The right candidate should have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. This individual should be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with a proven ability to work independently.
