A company who serves the high end / luxury consumer has asked us to find a Product Control Team Lead to track and control inventory for one of their largest clients. 

Job Description:

A fast growing logistics company whose serves the high end / luxury consumer has asked us to find a Product Control Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible to maintain thorough control of operational processes and co-ordinate the accurate flow of products for their US shipments.  

Responsibilities:

• The Team Lead will will have responsibility for tracking and documenting the safe and efficient return of stock
• The Team Lead will be the first point of contact for the US customers's questions involving their returns   luxury customer returns
• The Team Lead will have additional responsibilities as a second line of management supporting the Warehouse Director including recruitment and training  
• The Team Lead will conduct weekly staff meetings to update staff on achievements and gather feedback and ideas and communicate with the Customer Care Team and senior leadership as needed
• The right candidate will be able to handle customer complaints efficiently and tactfully at all times and elevate specific customer feedbacke as warranted  
• The Team Lead will ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are followed  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in a direct contact role managing clients for a luxury goods company
• Experience working for or with a 3PL or eCommerce business is a plus
• Management experience is a plus
• Must have experience working with CRM or WMS software systems
• Strong communication skills; speaking, LISTENING, writing
• A natural problem-solver; a figure-it-out personality who displays calm and patience when problems do occur and experience making difficult decisions when problems persist
