They are looking for a Project Manager, Digital & Creative Marketing to take charge of the management of creative projects, delegate tasks and report on the progress of the agency team. You’ll oversee the development of fully integrated campaigns, monitor and work with a sharp creative eye for detail, and execute clear strategies and timelines. This role also requires you to sign-off on work so that only the highest quality product and service is delivered to the client.

They are looking for a  Project Manager, Digital & Creative Marketing  to take charge of the management of creative projects, delegate tasks and report on the progress of the agency team. You’ll oversee the development of fully integrated campaigns, monitor and work with a sharp creative eye for detail, and execute clear strategies and timelines. This role also requires you to sign-off on work so that only the highest quality product and service is delivered to the client.

 

NOTE: This hybrid role is 2 days Mondays and Fridays remote with 3 days in presence at the company's state-of-the- art HQ in Hauppauge, NY. Only candidates accessible to Long Island will be considered.

 



Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive processes end to end for both small- and large-scale projects
  • Oversee team members and delegating tasks
  • Devise timelines and ensuring projects stay within a designated budget
  • Structure projects and efficient processes
  • Collaborate with and guide the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Sign-off work and check it is of the highest quality
  • Provide knowledgeable creative input to all campaigns
  • Simplify processes in order to be more productive
  • Ensure team is up to speed on the latest technologies

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience in RFP pitch processes to bring in new business.
  • Ability to critique and guide creative work
  • Experience of working in all creative disciplines
  • Full knowledge of digital production processes
  • In-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes
  • Proven track record in fast paced environments
  • Ability to push a team to deliver high quality work
  • Pro-active approach to new creative opportunities
  • Agency experience is a plus
