Well Established GC/ Mechanical Contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong General Contracting background, as well as PM experience in the Mechanical/ HVAC industry.

Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to closeout.
• Specs, drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspection reports, two weeks look ahead, etc...
• Coordination with GC as well as with other trades, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ability to professionally interface and maintain communication with project GC, owners, inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc...
• Maintain project timeline and budget.
  
• Maintain and organize all documents/files pertaining to project.

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong computer skills with working knowledge in Procore software.  
• Must be able to read and understand construction plans/drawings.
• Must be willing to work various shifts.
• Public Agency Experience- A Must (SCA & NYCHA)
• 5+Yrs Experience as Construction Project Manager.
• Mechanical /HVAC experience & knowledge- A MUST
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong coordination, communication, and resource planning skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Must be reliable and responsible.
• Experience with Public Construction Projects = A MUST
• Experience with NYSCA School Construction Authority = A MUST
• Experience with NYCHA, DDC, DASNY, Health & Hospital = A PLUS
