Our client, a leader in the Disaster Restoration industry, is looking for an experienced "Write and Run" Project Manager for their Mitigation Department in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX Market.

Job Description:
• Engage and lead the aspects of the reconstruction project including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Manage multiple projects at one time.
• Prepare accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Facilitate necessary paperwork and payment with property owners.
• Determine which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted.
• Analyze job specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, and supporting documents to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects.
• Deliver focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project • Associates degree in drafting, architecture, or construction related fields is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications preferred
• Strong and positive interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with the Construction Manager and customers
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, estimating software, and electronic database documentation
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask; independently managing multiple projects with firm
