Established owner/developer with fantastic benefits seeks experienced Property Accountant with commercial property accounting experience. The Property Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounting & analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets. Base salary 95-105K depending on experience.


Job Description:

Salary : $950000 - $1050000

  • Financial statement preparation & analysis
  • Workpapers
  • Calculation of escalations and CAM
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Fixed assets
  • Budgets and forecasts
  • Special Projects


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Accounting preferred
  • 3+ years' commercial property accounting a must
  • Yardi a "plus" but not a deal-breaker
