Established owner/developer with fantastic benefits seeks experienced Property Accountant with residential or commercial experience. The Property Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounting & analysis for a small portfolio of commercial assets.


Job Description:

Salary : $950000 - $1050000

  • Financial statement preparation & analysis
  • Workpapers
  • Calculation of escalations and CAM
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Fixed assets
  • Budgets and forecasts
  • Special Projects


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of Residential or Commercial property accounting
  • Yardi a "plus" but not a deal-breaker
