Our established owner/developer with fantastic benefits seeks Property Management Coordinator to support commercial property group. The individual will work alongside of Operations Manager, and will be responsible for a variety of support functions including tenant interaction, operations and administrative duties. Base salary 65-75K depending on experience, and hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.

Job Description:

Salary : $65000 - $75000

- Answer calls from tenants and vendors and coordinate building access for maintenance and repair  

- Coordinate compliance paperwork for FDNY, DOB, ECB, DEP Violations and updates spreadsheet as needed with Property Compliance Manager’s (PCM) guidance and directives.

- Monitor the completion and notifications of all Tenant service requests

- Maintain billable maintenance requests and ensure signed forms are received and billed back accordingly.

- Advise tenants of upcoming events such as paving of parking lots, capital improvements, maintenance, property inspections, etc.

- Manage tasks related to Incident Reports and correspondence with insurance provider.

- Maintain all department contacts list (tenants, vendors, emergency contact, account numbers, utilities)

- Create and distribute weekend work schedule.

- Work with VP and Operations Manager (OM) of Department on special projects.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ yrs of relevant experience in tenant services, property management or similar department

- Yardi, MRI, MDS, etc. highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree is a "plus"

- Hours 8 AM - 5 PM
