Our client is a Large Residential Solar company looking for experienced sales associates.

Job Description:

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and energy efficiency home upgrades. Build your own book of business, offer to educate homeowner on benefits of solar and how it can work for them.

Generate the leads through door-to-door canvassing, cold calls, developing referral networks.

Must be flexible and able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts

Job Requirements:

Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older with an active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience generating their own business, canvassing and cold calling
• Prior lead generating sales experience desired, however we are willing to train the right person!
• Solar or home improvement/roofing industry experience preferred
• Self starter+
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking and lead generating
