They are seeking a talented, passionate and motivated Sales Director, Cybersecurity Solutions to join their team.

 

NOTE: This role is located at the company’s state-of-the art regional HQ in Chicago, IL to lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. This is not a remote opportunity.

As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in the company’s sales and revenue goals by driving qualified leads through the sales process to close while coaching teams and affirming outstanding relationships with their valued clients. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading cybersecurity solutions for Healthcare, LeanIT, manufacturing, financial services, information technology and transportation industries. The ideal candidate is hands-on and has experience in dynamic early-stage environment; a visionary able to help lead growth, focusing on developing and expanding middle market and small enterprise relationships. Preference will be given to candidates that comes from a SaaS/information technology background.



Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business development and creative prospecting; securing and maintaining strategic new mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Taking a consultative approach with clients to uncover and pipeline additional opportunities while developing and scaling long-term relationships
  • Working closely with executives to develop quotas and goals for a scalable revenue strategy
  • Preparing reports to show sales volume and forecasting
  • Proactively managing customer satisfaction and anticipating potential needs
  • Partnering with marketing, product and other teams to interpret product feedback, ensuring it is property translated to meet customer needs
  • Driving revenue by meeting or exceeding revenue targets

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales; cybersecurity and/or IT security tech experience preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup and at ease taking ownership and wearing multiple hats as needed
  • Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Results-oriented and with a proven track record of sales growth; meeting and/or exceeding quotas
  • Technical knowledge of systems and platforms
  • Ability to present technical products in a simplified manner to non-technical audiences
  • Coaches and guides high performance teams to maintain and exceed their sales and revenue quotas
