Our client is a 30+ year old technology staffing company with a great reputation and track record of success. Due to substantial growth, they are currently seeking an experienced technical recruiting or staffing Sales Executive to join their team. The team is well tenured with very little turnover. They offer one of the most competitive commission payouts in the industry, have a great benefits package, and genuinely care about each other. While this position is fully remote, the candidate must live in the New York City Metropolitan area.
Base salary: $80K-$130K + commission & bonus
Job Description:
Salary : $80000 - $130000
In the role, you will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with previous, current, and new clients or prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new revenue opportunities by identifying potential clients and providing them with consultative solutions for their contract and permanent hiring needs
- Manage and grow client by ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes of prospects and clients in the CRM
- Communicate and build strong relationships with internal recruiters to ensure clients receive what they need
- Take clients out - lunches, dinners and other forms of relationship building
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve your knowledge
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the recruiting industry with a focus on IT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
