Established owner/developer near Harrison NY with fantastic benefits and positive culture, seeks experienced Senior Property Accountant with commercial experience. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of accounting & analysis for a portfolio of office and retail assets. Base salary to 125K plus bonus.

Job Description:

• Financial statement preparation & analysis
• Workpapers
• Calculation of escalations and CAM
• General ledger maintenance
• Fixed assets
• Budgets and forecasts
• Special Projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3-4 years in Commercial Property Accounting a MUST
• Yardi a "plus" but not a deal-breaker
