Job Summary
They are seeking a customer‐oriented, results‐driven Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to help fast‐track company’s growth. The Sr Digital Marketing & Growth Manager for should have a background and hands‐on experience in all areas of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, Paid and Organic Social, ABM, Paid sponsorships, and Conversion Rate Optimization. They will have experience managing small teams and have worked with marketing agencies/contractors previously.
They should also be able to maintain a budget, use analytics tools, marketing automation, CRM, and other tools, and have a data‐ driven approach to marketing. Experience in content marketing and website maintenance is also helpful in this role.
The ideal candidate has experience marketing to large enterprise IT departments going through digital transformation. You speak Cloud, IT Operations, I&O, DevOps, SecOps, and IT Infrastructure and already understand our ICP. They're looking for someone who will thrive in a fast‐paced, startup‐type environment, can work with a high degree of independence and enjoys being creative.
Responsibilities
- Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with VP of Marketing
- Build and implement Digital Marketing strategy—understand key partnerships within the organization to drive full‐funnel customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Administer the Digital Marketing media budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly.
- Know the value of experimentation, a/b testing, and creative strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects.
- Own and deliver reporting analysis on performance and business impact, as well as conceiving and executing testing strategies.
- Accountable for conversion efficiency across multiple personas and creating full‐funnel programs, including moving effectively from awareness to the consideration stage.
- Guide, mentor and lead a team of digital media specialists.
- Oversee our paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher programs, maximizing return on marketing spend.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences.
- Use creative talents to generate unique and creative campaigns to delight prospects, customers, and partners ‐ generating awareness and community with Evolven as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Lead Forensics, etc.) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts.
- Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
- Compile performance reports to help brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 7‐10 years in a B2B Digital Marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
- Strong technical marketing and advanced digital analytics skills.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on digital media performance to a range of audiences, including marketing counterparts and business stakeholders.
- Meticulous project management skills, ability to coordinate across teams with an eye for details, schedules, and empathy to operate in remote‐first environments.
- Excellent communicator – verbal and written.
- Experience contributing to the development of strategic marketing plans and budgets.
- Self‐starter with a positive attitude, experienced at working with a start‐up/small company.
- Experience with Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, CRMs, Social Platforms, AdTech, SEMrush, WordPress, and other marketing technologies a plus.
- Must be able to submit examples of work and writing skills.
Location: Remote – Preference can work CST or EST Time zone, United States.
