Job Description:

Sr. Environmental Project Manager

Would you like take your career to the next level? We are currently searching for a Sr. Environmental Project Manager that has worked with the Office of Environmental Remediation and that has knowledge of the NYS Brownfields Program. We seek dynamic technical and leadership skills to work on soil testing, remediation and transportation projects in the real estate development, institutional, and infrastructure market sectors. You will interact with clients and manage projects from cradle to grave. If you are motivated to bring a small growing firm to the next level, this opportunity is for you! This is a full-time position located in our  Brooklyn  office. Our company has established a dominating presence in the Tri-state area.



  • Demonstrate the ability to design and deliver proposals and reports with attention to detail of technical aspects pertaining to the projects’- based on clients’ goals and objectives. Incorporating quality control, proper planning, cost estimating, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate very strong verbal and written skills.
  • Experience in leadership role, building your own team and a track record of successful team leadership skills. demonstrate strong training, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience planning and directing environmental field observation and testing programs including laboratory test selection, data evaluation, etc.
  • Phase I/Phase II environmental assessment reports. Developing, writing and signing off on all relevant reports including RIR, RAR, and RAWPs, etc.
  • Lead OER meetings on behalf of clients





Job Requirements:


  • Professional Engineer License (P.E.) preferred
  • Master of Science in civil or environmental engineering, geology/hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field
  • 5-10 years’ solid environmental investigation/remediation and compliance experience with New York City E-Designation (OER) and New York State Brownfield Cleanup Programs (BCP)
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to comply with City and State regulations.
  • Strong computer literacy skills including proficiency in industry standard software.
  • OSHA 40-hr. HAZWOPER training
