Our client, one of the oldest and most stable collection agencies in US is has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Manager.

The role will play a key function as a core member of the leadership team and oversee the support and growth of the IT department.

 

Directs the analysis of company needs and assists senior management in developing and establishing both long and short-range data processing objectives/needs. They will possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.  Must have strong and proven leadership skills and current information technology experience.

 

This (possibly hybrid for the right candidate) role can sit in Sherman Oaks, California or Dallas, Texas.


Job Description:

  • Oversight of certifications such as SOC 1 Type 2, and ISO 27001
  • Manage compliance with customer and regulatory requirements regarding cyber assurance and information security
  • Manage technical implementations & applications/infrastructure support
  • Manage and lead a team of technical infrastructure/service delivery and software implementation & support specialists
  • Defines end user technology requirements and draft technical specifications
  • Analyze requests to assess impact and quickly determine best approach
  • Serve as the primary product and applications contact for vendors, leadership and customers
  • Research, implement and maintain best practices in help desk and IT support


Job Requirements:

  • 7 years IT Solutions Delivery experience
  • 5 years managing staff
  • Education - Focus on Computer Science (degree or equivalent)
  • Experience in:
    • Applications development and/or packaged software implementation (ERP, MES, CRM, PLM etc.)
    • Managing IT Partners (Vendor Management)
    • Overseeing a critical (medium/large) ERP system
    • Overseeing an IT Infrastructure made up of Windows OS 2012 (and above) and Citrix
    • Experienced in an environment that is heavy in regulatory compliance and cyber security constraints
    • Knowledge of Digital Transformation and innovation within a finance environment
    • Comfortable managing API integrations

Note: Serious consideration will be given to qualified candidates who have:

    • Experience in collections/banking/financial services
    • Knowledge of CUBS, BALTO, and DOMO
