Our great client in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Sr. Highway Engineer or Project Engineer.

Job Description:

Our great client in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Senior Highway Engineer and/or Senior Highway Project Manager with experience consistent, but not limited to:

• Leading design engineering teams to develop highway designs, prepare plans for Maryland DOT, SHA and agencies in the Mid-Atlantic Region, locally administered transportation projects

• Coordinating highway design tasks with internal and subconsultant survey, traffic, water resources and bridge staff on transportation improvement projects

• Developing ADA curb ramp designs, sign and pavement markings plans

• Maintenance and protection of traffic plans

• Grading and drainage design

• Microstation Connect (MSCE), OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and ProjectWise (PW) experience

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff with the use of MSCE, ORD and PW

• Highway and roadway design experience using MSCE, ORD and PW

• Roundabout design experience

• Hydrology and Hydraulic (H&H) design experience.

Job Requirements:

• MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Experience.

• Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering - MS Degree is a plus

• Minimum years of work experience: 5 - 15 years.

• Minimum years of management experience: 0 - 3 years

• Licenses required: Professional Engineer.   PTOE, DBIA a plus

• Bluebeam PDF editor experience a plus
