Executive Alliance is representing our client, a widely respected, stable and secure construction organization with a great reputation on Long Island and NYC,

They are seeking an experienced Superintendent with out of ground experience. There is very little turnover in this organization and a constant flow of projects.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead field personnel and sub contractors as a team to achieve all project milestones
• Ownership of the overall construction process including projects schedule and milestones, field personnel, safety, quality, documentation, and subcontractors
  
• Monitor progress of all sub-contractors
• Manage and coordinate trades
• Insure safe work space and stay within compliance with local safety codes
• Constructability review
• Foreman meeting minutes
• Proactively engage sub-contractors and drive sub-contractor schedules
• Identify means and methods of improvement

Job Requirements:

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent/ Senior Super with projects in excess of $20 Million
• Must have OUT of the Ground Construction AND Commercial Construction Experience
• Forward/future thinking and pre-planning mentality
  
• Experience Managing Multiple Sites
• Ability To Read Site Plans
• Strong Communication Skills
• Team Player
• OSHA 30
