They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to help their clients with onboarding their solutions while providing an outstanding customer experience.

 

 

NOTE: This is a hybrid opportunity with two days remote work and three days presence at the company HQ in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. Only candidates accessible to the greater New York City area or relocations to the New York area will be considered.

 

 

As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all the technical aspects of a company’s relationship with its clients. By providing top-quality technical service, Technical Account Managers (TAM) play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction from on-boarding through the term of the contract.



Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

  • Quickly acquire a strong grasp of processes, tools, products, and services.
  • Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
  • Address product related questions and technical challenges
  • Assist with software installations and end-user trainings
  • Accurately replicate, identify, and document software defects with appropriate tracking system
  • Deliver value to clients through ongoing use and optimization of existing products and identify mutually beneficial opportunities to increase penetration
  • Work with technical support to understand and help resolve any recurring production-related issues clients are experiencing.
  • Proactively work to find efficiencies to improve the client experience
  • Advocating for customer needs and educate them on adopting new features as we continue to enhance the product
  • Provide technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • BS in Computer Science
  • 5+ years software development experience
  • 3+ years serving in a solution engineering role
  • Experience in writing REST API clients
  • Strong experience with programming and scripting on a Windows platform
  • Experience with SQL stored procedures is preferred
  • Experience with software products related to the mortgage industry is a big plus
  • Experience working as a solution engineer for the top 5 consulting firms is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
  • Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
  • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic and high growth technology environment supporting and delivering multiple solutions at once
