They are seeking a talented, passionate and motivated Training & Education Manager to join their team who will be responsible for planning, developing and deploying learning programs for the next generation of cybersecurity talent.


Job Description:

They are seeking a talented, passionate and motivated Training & Education Manager to join their team who will be responsible for planning, developing and deploying learning programs for the next generation of cybersecurity talent.

NOTE: This role is located at the company’s state-of-the art regional HQ in Chicago, IL. This is not a remote opportunity.

At any company, education is paramount. In the world of cybersecurity this is especially true. That’s why our client has created a Cyber Academy. The Cyber Academy Training & Education Manager will be responsible for the education and training of the company's future cybersecurity experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training curriculums
  • Create/ Implement Cyber Academy programs
  • Assess training needs - identify the need for changes/ updates/ developments in the training processes
  • Plan seminars, professional development, preparation of faculty instructors
  • Work in concert with HR to improve the on-boarding process
  • Manage training budget
  • Design training environment - classrooms, training structure and means of training
  • Coordinate and implement integration of all relevant partners in the implementation of the Chicago School Training Program and Work Program
  • Logistics management – contracts, venues, guest speakers, etc.
  • Implementation of the company's Academic Policy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, or related field
  • Proven management ability
  • Strong background in training and public speaking
  • Ability to work with multiple work interfaces
  • Native-level English
  • Ability to work from the company's Chicago, IL office
