Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client - a leading Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Company specializing in the medical field. They are seeking a VP-Business Development (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Sales) to generate business on a COMMISSION BASIS. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business/pipeline that can be used to grow the company.



This is a remote position reporting into the client’s Lindenhurst, New York office. It is very important that the candidate has the ability to travel and visit the NY office throughout the year as needed.

Job Description:



  • 8-10+ years in Revenue Cycle (RC) Management Sales

Business Development/Marketing

  • Existing pipeline into hospitals in NYS and throughout US with RC Managers and CFOs
  • Prepare business development and retention action plans and strategies
  • Generate medical billing and aged receivable follow-up opportunities
  • Generate compliance and defense of audit opportunities for our law firm staff
  • Generate and qualify leads


  • Develop speaking event opportunities for company subject matter experts
  • Vet conferences for attendance by company employees

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to travel to attend or participate in conferences, meet with potential funders, engage staff, and conduct business


  • Ability to travel to NY office as needed
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
