Hiring for multiple Warehouse Manager & Supervisor roles in NJ & PA.

Multiple locations, multiple shifts. 

 


Job Description:

Our very exciting and fast-growing e-commerce client is in full on hiring mode. We are looking for multiple  Warehouse Supervisors / Managers who have experience managing pick / pack teams for an e-commerce or 3PL business.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead team to achieve or exceed shift productivity goals
  • Manage and coach pick / pack team members' performance to ensure quality output without sacrificing team safety
  • Track and manage inventory at start and close of shift
  • Conduct inspections to ensure workspace is clean and safe

 

 



Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years warehouse experience
  • 3 years 3PL experience with consumer goods (not appliance or other heavy goods)
  • 3+ years supervisor / manager with at least 2 direct reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
  • A good sense of humor is a PLUS
