Commack, NY- Executive Alliance is proud to announce a new Thought Leadership team. The goal of the team is to bring the knowledge and techniques used by recruiters and staffing professionals to mainstream job hunters. The team is managed by the Sr. VP of Executive Alliance, Scott Passeser, who spent part of his career in Marketing Communications and has been a columnist for Newsday, Long Island Business News and the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly. Joining Passeser, who will act as Chief Writer and Editor of the team is Doug Wald, a Recruiting Manager at Executive Alliance and the former Marketing Manager of CA Technologies. Doug is handling social media and also writing articles. Rich Simon, the company’s Director of Operations will be in-charge of distribution and all 15 recruiters at Executive Alliance will be making contributions.

Through a partnership between Long Island Business News and Executive Alliance, all the articles produced by the Thought Leadership Team will be sent to LIBN for publication. Once published, articles will be posted to the company’s blog found on their website, www.execsallied.com.  Two articles, “Don’t Go on the Interview Without Proper Preparation” and “Attention Job Hunters: You’re Not Done” have been published in LIBN and received more than 40,000 views on LinkedIn.  Many more are in process.
